We live in exciting times, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) affects and informs our day to day lives from smart-phones to smart-patient care. In the midst of these autonomous systems, not surprisingly, the expectation for transparency and understandability of machine-decisions is increasingly imminent.
The SICSA eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) Workshop aims to facilitate research which targets the development of safe, ethical and trustable AI and ML systems in domains ranging from (but not limited to) reasoning, natural language processing, knowledge representation, conversational AI, causal modelling, computational analogy, multi-agent systems and cognitive theories of explanation and transparency. In this workshop, we seek to attract new research from AI practitioners in addition to fostering scientific exchanges on Explainability in AI across multiple disciplines.
We encourage interested parties to visit our website, where we host the full range of workshop information, including a Call for Papers and Important Dates: https://sites.google.com/view/sicsa-xai-workshop/home
