The Institute of Linguistics and Literary Studies at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland invites paper proposal for a monograph entitled Walls and Bridges in Anglophone Literature, Culture and History to be published electronically in 2025:

 

The thematic scope of the monograph embraces, but is not limited to, the following issues:

 

 - political, military, social and religious conflicts/disputes/wars in Anglophone literature, culture and history

- ways of solving conflicts, finding common grounds, agreements and consensuses in Anglophone literature, culture and history

- revolutionists, insurgents, rebels, dictators and war-makers in Anglophone literature, culture and history

- intermediaries, mediators, harbingers of peace and peace-makers in Anglophone literature, culture and history

- personal conflicts, disagreements, concessions, doubts, support in relationships and personal life

 

Language of the publication: English

 

Extended deadlines:

Abstracts of the proposed papers (150-200 words) should be sent by 30th November 2024
